“As an immigrant, you’ll never make it in Israel!”
That’s what they kept telling me.
“You don’t have enough skills!…”
“No one will hire you!”
“You are black, they will be prejudiced against you!…”
“You don’t know how to speak Hebrew!”
And so much more from negative people, that couldn’t comprehend just one thing:
“It’s not that hard to find a great job in Israel!”
Even for an immigrant. Even if you are black. Even if you don’t speak the language.
I am not going to bore you with my history in the U.S. before I moved to Israel. Why?
Because, right away I understood that no one in Israel cared what I did in the States.
A person who used to manage offices and teams… was now working at simple jobs, earning a tiny salary.
Then one day I said to myself, “Stop! You are better than this!” Love is one thing, but you have to get yourself a job that is equal to the skills you have”.
And like everything in my life, before I do something I like to create a plan.
I built myself a schedule of tasks, contacts, processes, and documented everything.
I made a detailed plan to achieve what I wanted and soon after, I was a business development trainer that made 30,000 ILS a month.
Many of my trainees stayed in touch with me, and asked me to help them to find new and different jobs… not just in sales.
So when they would ask I shared the job-hunting strategy that I created for myself with my students, and it worked!
They all found jobs utilizing the contacts, processes, and documents I gave them.
This is how I found out that the system could be used by anyone!
And I decided to share this system with you.
